Challenge to the supervisor:
- Lack of recognition of the efficiency of employees inevitably reduces the staff's morale, work productivity decreases, the company climate becomes dicey, and sick leave rates rise. The praise by superiors would certainly help, but in practice this is only rarely done. With the self-praise machine, employees can now lift their spirits by themselves as and when they need to.
Setup:
- four-bar linkage, can be operated manually
- glove at grip height and shoulder height to simulate the supervisor's hands
Operation:
- the employee prone to depression grasps the lower glove and shakes it as for a handshake
- with this, the upper glove automatically taps on the employee's shoulder
- inevitably, the feeling of one's own relevance returns, the countenance brightens, the working morale is restored
