    Continuously increasing quality requirements in the production environment together with shorter product cycles and small batch sizes require robust measurement technology which can quickly and easily handle the widest range of measuring tasks. This where conventional 3D measuring machines reach their limits. The Rotexion shaft measuring instrument automatically records the geometric external contours of rotational parts.
  • PRECISE

    The Rotexion universal shaft measuring instrument for industrial applications automatically records all geometric external contours of rotationally symmetric workpieces with a diameter of up to 125 mm and a length of up to 400 mm, optionally up to 600 mm or 800 mm. An additional measuring axis with an optional 2D profile sensor enables contours to be measured in places that are difficult to access. For example, undercuts according to DIN can be measured automatically.
  • FAST

    The tactile measuring method and the rugged overall structure enable the instrument to be used directly in the production environment. Exchangeable workpiece holders and tactile elements enable the Rotexion to be adapted to the geometry of any test object. The tactile probing principle render the effects of contamination and surface condition insignificant. A defined, minimal probing force prevents any damage to the workpieces and guarantees reproducible measuring processes.
  • INTUITIVE

    Thanks to the intuitive RotoWare software, the practitioner can make quick manual measurements just as easily as creating complex, automated measuring processes in expert mode. This makes the Rotexion measuring instrument suitable for quality testing individual parts as well as for automated processes. A touch screen monitor and the 3D mouse make operation very easy. The measurement results are clearly displayed graphically, logged, and can be used in many ways, for example in quality management systems and other database applications.
